Land Cruiser BJ/FJ 40 / 42 seriesThis system will increase the vehicle height to +50 to +70 mm or +70 to +100 mm depending on which kit is selected. All springs in the +50 mm kits have the original spring lengths, however, the increased height of + 70 to 100 mm required an adjustment of the spring length to enable the wheel to sit correctly into the wheel arch. The springs are slightly longer. Because it is now possible to fit larger tyres the axle bump stop needs to be adapted accordingly in order to prevent the wheels from running against the body. Special spacer blocs are available.The special HST greasable anti-inversion shackles will prevent the spring from reversing when in full articulation. The PolyUrethane spring and chassis bushes provide a noise-less long-lasting solution for the problems related to rubber bushes. Special shock absorbers with adapted damping settings make the system stable and reliable in any circumstance, on- or off road. |

The system is designed to take the same weight as original but with extra capacity built in just to make sure it will still work when overloaded*. The special HST greasable anti-inversion shackles will prevent the spring from reversing when in full articulation.
